Nothing in life is to be feared

it is only to be understood.

Now is the time to understand more,

so that we may fear less.

Marie Curie

Don’t be afraid.

Don’t be afraid of whatever it is that is holding you back.

Remember that your greatest failure in life will be regret.

Someday you will come to regret your indecision.

You will regret thinking that you don’t deserve it.  You will bring yourself to tears, thinking, that you have no voice and that you really didn’t matter.

Any good researcher, conducting any experiment, simply despises the word maybe.

She despises hearing that it might work.  He despises knowing that there is no conclusive evidence that this thing may indeed turn into something.

The word maybe is a lot like regret.  It weighs down our spirit.

We want to hear yes, or we should want to hear no.

We should desire to know that this works, or that it doesn’t work.

Success and failure present us with the same opportunity.  The understanding where we are, and where we need to go.

Understanding why it is we failed, prevents us from falling again, and brings us one step closer to success.

Madame Curie was right.

If we only took the time to understand more, and allowed ourselves a chance to be wrong, we could rise time and time again, and fear a lot less.

If we could learn to fear less, we would begin to live more.
