I have been asked by my business coach to work on myself for fifteen minutes each day. I’ll be honest with you that it feels a little weird, but not as weird as it did two years ago when I had my awakening, but I am sure it will become second nature to me the more I do it.
I’ve been subscribed a cocktail of purposeful breathing for five minutes, followed by vocally expressing people and things I am grateful for in my life, and five minutes of incantations.
Incantations are interesting and I can’t tell you they work yet because I have not achieved my financial goals, but I don’t want to look back in a year and wonder if it was the incantations that stopped me from becoming who I want to be.
The idea of incantations is simple. A little Buddhist and self-helpy in nature, but I have grown to love self-helpy types and I’ve always had a profound respect for Buddhism. Incantations are positive affirmations. The reverse of the struggles you and I may face and I think they need to change as we become more comfortable in one area and discover another area of improvement.
Today was day one. I will execute my duty and my morning exercises diligently and I ask you to join me on this journey. This is an eight week course, but I very much see that this might become a daily routine for the rest of my life.
Here are my incantations by the way. Not original, but borrowed from the likes of Tony Robbins and the like, but the last one is my ode to Freddy Mercury and the one I loved saying the most.
The following incantations reveal my struggles and desire. They are the ideas I need genuinely hold as true, so that my mind is more willing to lead me places I really want to go.
I create high sales effortlessly
I show my clients my worth and talent shamelessly
I take massive actions toward my goals everyday
Every day in every way I’m getting healthier and healthier
Every day in every way I’m getting wealthier and wealthier
I live my life in the possibility of tomorrow
I don’t stop ‘til I get what I want
